1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of websites, software, chat products, messaging APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Gordion Pathway LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," or "us"). By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

3. Services
We provide software development, hosted chat and messaging products, APIs, integrations, and related operational support as described in an order form, statement of work, or product plan. Features and availability may change; material changes to paid offerings will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, infringing others' rights, or using the Services for unlawful content or activity.
5. Fees and billing
Fees are as stated in your order or plan. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. Taxes may apply. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in our software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in your content. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Services.
7. Confidentiality and data protection
Each party will protect the other's confidential information. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Where a separate data processing agreement is required, it will form part of the commercial contract.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Term and termination
Either party may terminate according to the applicable order or, for month-to-month plans, by cancelling before the next renewal. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment, or unlawful use. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
